Whether it&#8217;s a visa, hotel confirmation, or travel itinerary, assigning a label ensures each file is clearly categorised and easily accessible on the go.<\/p>\n<h3>What Are Document Labels?<\/h3>\n<p>When uploading files like plane tickets, hotel confirmations, or rehearsal schedules, you can now assign a label that displays an icon and category name inside the Artist App. This helps artists and external users stay organised and ensures they can quickly find the documents they need.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"supported-document-labels\">Supported Document Labels<\/h3>\n<p>Based on user feedback, we\u2019ve provided a list of the most commonly used document types. These labels will appear with distinct icons in the Artist App:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visa<\/li>\n<li>Travel Document<\/li>\n<li>Hotel Confirmation<\/li>\n<li>Plane Ticket<\/li>\n<li>Train Ticket<\/li>\n<li>Travel Ticket<\/li>\n<li>Rehearsal Schedule<\/li>\n<li>Promoter Itinerary<\/li>\n<li>Offer Document<\/li>\n<li>Work Permit<\/li>\n<li>Tax Form<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Residence<\/li>\n<li>Report<\/li>\n<li>Other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Need more label options? Contact support\u2014we&#8217;re happy to consider your requests for future updates.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-upload-and-label-documents\">How to Upload and Label Documents<\/h3>\n<p>To upload and label documents in the Overture booking platform:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to the relevant booking.<\/li>\n<li>Click Upload File.<\/li>\n<li>Select your file.
